If consuming energy drinks/soft drinks (or other acidic beverages), it is always best to use a straw to reduce the exposure of acid to the teeth.

Remember not to swish the drink around the mouth.

Drink water after to neutralise any acid in the mouth.

Also remember not to brush your teeth for at least 30mins (or you’ll risk damaging the softened enamel).
