Bite Dental Studios has been made aware of a phishing scam falsely using our name, claiming that a Direct Debit has been set up with National Australia Bank (NAB) for $1,125.50 AUD, referencing “Bite Dental Studios (Brisbane)” and the phone number 1800 470 480.

We want to clarify that Bite Dental Studios is not associated with this fraudulent activity, the mentioned Direct Debit, or the phone number 1800 470 480. There has been no breach of Bite Dental Studios’ patient data. This is a scam designed to mislead and exploit individuals.

What You Should Do:

• Do not engage with the email, click any links, call the provided number, or share personal information.
• Verify any communication from Bite Dental Studios directly through our official channels:

  • Phone: (07) 3221 5399
• If you have concerns about your bank account, contact NAB directly using the official contact details on nab.com.au.
• Report suspicious emails to phishing@nab.com.au and Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au).
