If this is your very first visit to Bite, we’d like to welcome you to our community. We want to streamline your first appointment – from the time you book your appointment to when you smile and head out the door so you’ll be sent an introductory pack in the mail, which includes important information and forms to help fast track your time with us. A little preparation ensures that we can give you the best possible service without distraction or delay.

This tells us a little about you and makes sure that we’ll be ready beforehand if any special conditions exist, or if specific treatments are required;
Bite Dental Release of Records Form
This form allows us to transfer your existing dental records from your previous dentist. If we can avoid doubling up on things such as x-rays, then we will.
Consultation & Financial Guidelines Form
This form outlines our terms and gives us your understanding and permission to proceed with required dental work.
The sooner you can return the completed forms, the faster we can have everything ready and waiting for when we see you in person.
We understand the value of your time, that’s why you can depend on us to be running to schedule.
Appointments are arranged so that both the client’s comfort and treatment outcomes are optimised. We do it once—we do it properly.
In keeping with our on-time commitment, we don’t charge for rescheduling appointments provided 48 hrs advance notice is given. That way the empty timeslot can be made available to another client.
We also understand that occasionally clients may feel jittery about their visit.
