Ready, set, welcome

If this is your very first visit to Bite Dental Studios, we’d like to welcome you to our family. We want to streamline your first appointment; from the time you book your appointment to when you smile and head out the door.

You will be sent an introductory pack in the mail, which includes important information and forms to help fast track your time with us. A little preparation ensures that we can give you the best possible service without distraction or delay.

Bite Dental Medical History Form

This tells us a little about you and makes sure that we'll be ready beforehand if any special conditions exist, or if specific treatments are required.

Bite Dental Release of Records Form

This form allows us to transfer your existing dental records from your previous dentist. If we can avoid doubling up on things such as x-rays, then we will.

Consultation & Financial Guidelines Form

This form outlines our terms and gives us your understanding and permission to proceed with required dental work.

The sooner you can return the completed forms, the faster we can have everything ready and waiting for when we see you in person.

We understand the value of your time, which is why you can depend on us to be running to schedule.

Appointments are arranged so that both the client’s comfort and treatment outcomes are optimised. We do it once — we do it properly.

In keeping with our on-time commitment, we don’t charge for rescheduling appointments provided 48 hrs advance notice is given. That way the empty timeslot can be made available to another client.

How to get to the practice

If driving

There are multiple public car parks along Elizabeth St, including below the Myer Centre, and we offer subsidised parking with Wilsons at 140 Elizabeth St. 

  • Drive up Elizabeth St, past Albert St, and turn left into Wilsons Parking, going underground. 
  • Take the elevators to the ground floor, walk up a set of stairs, straight past a couple of restaurants, and to the elevators in 141 Queen St. 
  • Take the low-rise lifts to level 6.
  • At reception, purchase a ticket for subsidised parking. $20 for 1-4 hrs, $30 for more than 4 hours. Use this ticket to exit Wilsons

If using buses or trains

  • Exit on or close to Queen St / Adelaide St / King George Square / Central Station
  • Walk to the corner of Queen St mall and Albert St
  • The entrance to 141 Queen St is between Optus and Vodafone
  • Take the low-rise lifts to level 6.
