At Bite Dental Studios, our team understands that during these uncertain times, the COVID-19 outbreak leads to the closure of many dental practices.
We understand that during these uncertain times with COVID19 leading to the closure of many dental practices, you may have been at home struggling with toothache, a broken crown or a loose filling that you otherwise would have been to your dentist for by now.
With the recent announcement from the ADA to lower our restrictions to Level 3, this means we can now open our studio once more and can safely treat those with dental emergencies at Bite Dental Studios.
At Bite Dental, we’ve taken extra measures to keep you safe.
Bite Dental’s COVID-19 safety standards
We’ve taken extra measures to ensure that our dental studio, as well as the Q&A Health Hub on Level 6 is a COVID-19 ‘safe zone’.
This has been done by providing hand sanitiser to both staff and patients, doing frequent sanitising cleans of all surfaces and ensuring our team wear extra personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure the maximum safety of our team and our patients.
To further protect our team and ensure we can continue to look after patients, we will be operating on a rotating schedule which unfortunately may mean that you cannot see your usual dentist if you require a same-day appointment. However you can rest assured that all of our practitioners are highly skilled, professional and friendly.
At Bite Dental Studio we will look after whatever problem you may have.
If you are unsure whether or not you need an emergency appointment, we can help you to determine this over the phone or via email – just give us a call on (07) 3221 5399 or email us at smile@bitedental.com.au and our friendly team will be happy to help.
