Rinsing your mouth with bicarbonate of soda and water is an excellent method for neutralising the acids in your mouth that are responsible for most dental disease.
Fill a bottle of water with a tablespoon of baking soda in the morning and use this to rinse your mouth throughout the day and between meals. Make a new batch every day.
This is also great for mouth ulcers and sore throats.
