Helping us to run on time

We’re different – we run on time!

We know your schedule is important, so we aim to see you at your scheduled appointment time.

  • You arrive on time for your appointment, and / or
  • If we begin your appointment more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time

Late changes do not qualify. The voucher (or vouchers) is transferable and valid for 12 months from the draw date.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Bite Dental Studios, we strive to provide exceptional dental care and respect the time of all our patients. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure we can accommodate as many patients as possible, we ask for your cooperation with the following policy:

  • Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are considered confirmed 48 business hours (2 working days) prior to the scheduled time.
  • Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.
  • Late Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 business hours’ notice, Bite Dental Studios reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee of up to $150.
  • No-Show: A no-show (failing to attend without any notification) greatly impacts our ability to care for others. We reserve the right to charge a $150 no-show fee.

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit of $150 is required in the following cases:

  • Lengthy procedures
  • Patients with a history of frequent cancellations or no-shows

Important Notes

  • These fees help compensate the practice for the time that has been reserved exclusively for you.
  • We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have an extenuating situation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss it.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 business hours’ notice or fail to attend.
